Tatiana Malkina, PT, DPT, OCS, Fellow in Training

Dr. Tatiana Malkina graduated from Stony Brook University in 2009 with a B.S. degree in Biology and Developmental Genetics concentration. In 2013, she earned her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Stony Brook University with honors and was elected to be a member of the Alpha Eta Honor Society. Since graduation, Tatiana developed a special interest in orthopedic and manual therapy. After completing an advanced continuing education training, she earned the title of a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) in 2015 and became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2018.

Tatiana has been practicing in an outpatient orthopedic setting since graduation and is currently a Supervisor of Rehabilitation Services at Orlin and Cohen Orthopedic Group in Woodbury, where she treats a variety of patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and sports injuries while working alongside some of the best orthopedic surgeons in the Long Island, NY area.

Tatiana is currently pursuing her orthopedic manual fellowship through MAPS and is undergoing her clinical mentorship under the guidance of Robert Fleming, PT, DPT, COMT, FAAOMPT in Schenectady, NY.
