Mathew Kubit is originally from Rochester, NY and attended SUNY Buffalo for both undergraduate studies in Exercise Science (bachelors) and graduate studies for Physical Therapy. Since graduating from Buffalo with his DPT, Mathew moved around the country as a travel therapist for about 4 years. Some of his travel therapy experiences included Montana, Texas, Iowa, Kentucky, South Carolina and different parts of New York state.
Dr. Kubit had the opportunity to practice, not only in outpatient physical therapy clinics, but nursing homes, rehab centers, inpatient/ICU wings and home health scenarios. Eventually, Mathew was ready for a non-travel career and felt that the capital region and saratoga area were a great fit for him to be close enough to his family in Rochester but fulfill his urges to travel, be outdoors, and maintain a peaceful yet active lifestyle.
Mathew has a background in personal training/weight loss as he has worked in a private health clinic in Buffalo for 4 years. He spends most of his free time traveling, hiking, running, snowboarding, golfing and discovering new music.
